  • Stand against the wall by placing your palms on the wall in a horizontal position against the wall at a distance of one hand. Your arms should be parallel to the ground. Now, fold your elbows towards the wall and just push the upper body to the wall without pushing your back like pushing it against the wall. You will feel the stress near the diaphragm. Now, release your elbow and take it back to the original position. Repeat the practice 50 times a day.
  • Stand in straight focus position. Rotate the shoulder 100 times per day without rotating any part of the body in backward motion. You should feel the movement in the breasts.
