What to use to wash our hair? This is a matter of great concern. No one definitely wants to apply any kind of chemicals on the hair, but still, we are not sure whether herbal shampoo is actually herbal or just a marketing strategy.

And, some do not want to leave their favorite brands. In one of my earlier posts, I told you how to convert your regular shampoo into herbal.

But, again there is not a completely herbal shampoo. I want to wash my hair with the only baking soda for a long time. Therefore, tomorrow, I finally decided to put it into practice.

Well, the results are fantastic. No fridges, no hair maintenance and management issues.

Very soft and shiny hair. But, washing with baking soda is a very challenging task. It takes time to make a habit of non-foaming shampoo. (Even herbal foam.)

And, for the first time, I took more time to shampoo my hair. I took an approximate quantity of baking soda and added a little water to make it paste. Do not add more water It will turn into liquid and you will not be able to wash your hair properly.

I split my hair in special sections on the skull. Make sure your hair is wet and through. Then, took a bit of paste and rub it on the scalp. Segment section, I covered my entire skull. Then, place the paste on the body of the hair and wait for about 10 minutes.

Unlike using shampoo because of the baking soda powder texture, your hair will feel dry. But, it does not make your hair flat. Hold your hair gently to avoid breakage.

Wash all the baking soda from your hair while standing under the shower. To ensure this, massage your skull thoroughly so that it is completely clean. It will take a little more time to dry your hair. Do not put too much oil before washing your hair.

To clean it, you will need a large amount of baking soda and it will take a lot of time. You do not need to follow the conditioner. Baking soda also works as a conditioner.

After washing with baking soda, your hair will be more shiny, bouncy and healthy. Regular use of baking soda also helps in preventing split ends.

It may take some time to adjust to baking soda because it does not foam and you can not be sure of the exact amount to use for your hair. After two or three trials, you will find that using baking soda is more beneficial and it estimates that you are not using anything in your hair. So, go ahead and try it and share your experiences.
